If you care for your love ones keep them away from the Benjamin group. This man (Mr. Benjamin )is horrible. He treated me and my sister horribly. He is not fit to be running that business. His houses are clean, but his professional and keeping of his resident items will be treated like trash. Find someone else when looking to be treated with respect.
On some occasions, a resident may leave our program for various reasons. In these situations, if some of their things are left behind, we do our due diligence to inform the resident and notify their families to pick up the items. Otherwise, we hold items for 30 days. Oftentimes, I bring items left behind to the families or their new location. We strive to help everyone, but our program may not be the best fit in some situations. Concerning this matter with our former resident, your sister, I apologize for your bad experience personally.
